Services and How to Access Them

HamsterPass is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) password manager, accessed through the web application at hamsterpass.com and its subdomains. Core functionality is free to use; some advanced options may be offered as paid subscription tiers or features.

Sign-in is passwordless — the buyer signs in with their email address and a one-time code, without creating a separate account password.

Access to a purchased paid tier or feature is granted automatically upon confirmation of payment. There is no physical delivery, shipping, or waiting period — access is either available immediately, or, in the rare case of a technical delay, within 1 business day from the moment of purchase and payment.

If it is impossible to provide the buyer with access within 1 business day, the buyer has the right, and the seller is obligated, to either provide the buyer with equivalent access once available or to issue a refund according to the terms of the user agreement.

Payment

Payment can be made using the following methods:

• Bank card payment through the Website
• Through integration with payment systems
• Via other payment methods agreed upon between the seller and the buyer

Card Payments

Card payments are processed using the tools available on the website, including methods provided by third parties, such as partners and online payment processors.

After payment, the seller undertakes to activate the purchased subscription tier or feature for the account associated with the buyer’s contact details.

Refund Policy

The most up-to-date purchase and refund terms are displayed in the current version of the user agreement and its Offer Agreement Appendix No. 1.

Refunds are prorated to the amount of time used. If the buyer cancels a paid subscription tier or feature before it has been activated, the seller refunds the full amount paid. If the buyer cancels after activation, the seller refunds the unused portion of the paid period, calculated as:

(days remaining in the paid period ÷ total days in the paid period) × amount paid

In both cases, the seller does not cover commission fees and related costs incurred while processing the refund (bank commissions, payment system fees, etc.) — these are deducted from the refunded amount. No refund is issued for the portion of the period already used, or for a paid period that has already fully elapsed.
